Your wife is having a weekend meeting with her team

As the new team lead of her group, your wife is not happy with the work ethic of her team members. She has decided to have a weekend 'all hands' meeting with them to 'discuss' some new ways the team will work. Weekend off site meetings will become common from now on. ;)
