The Test: Breeding Classification

In this world, when a young woman comes of age, she is forced to take a wide ranging test. Should she pass, she is free to live her life as she chooses, but if she fails, The state claims her as property, and assigns her a rating. The higher rated women are used mostly as useful pets or toys for the elite, the lower ratings are reduced to little more than wombs capable of carrying more and more offspring. The law of the land may seem harsh but it is what is necessary for the good of all.
