This is test for my idea. If is possible bound it like this for all day.
My idea is to leave it in morning in the forest. It will by bound like this.
In the evening, I will wait it 15 km far. If it come late - it have to wait until the next day.
It can move quietly. Chains does not ring. But it is not comfortable. Moving is slow. It may hope that nobody will see it. Because everyone can see it. Everyone can catch it. Everyone can use it how wants.
Yes for sure it will have mobile on back. I can checked it where exactly is.
