My inadequate penis compared

I am a white man who has realized that he is not a real man. I have never been able to sexually satisfy a woman in my entire life. My penis very rarely gets hard and then not bigger than 4.3 inches / 11 cm. Long sex is also not possible with me because I am a premature ejculator and always ejaculate between 10-50 seconds.
