For the BDSM DIYers – a TENS Unit Design

Ok, I know this is weird, but I wish I had a dollar for every time someone has asked for the design of a BDSM shock generator.  Theraputically, this is called a TENS unit, and here's a design (still current and constructable) from 1997.
