Does anybody know this model/video?

Does anybody know this model/video? This has been one of my favorite pictures for a long, long time. I've always thought that it was Brittany Andrews (a favorite) in a old Devonshire production video but I can't find anything about it. If anyone could help me out it would be really great :-)
