Bizarre Digest – Vol , – John Willie

We've found some larger scans and a number of additional pages - so we will replace the items we already have with these. A very rare and very nice copy of Bizarre Magazine #4 by John Willie. This is not the original 1946 version, but the 1953 reissue. No issues were published between 1947 and 1951 due to WW2 paper shortages. When publication began again, Willie reprinted the original first 5 issues (page for page an exact printing of the original, minus the 1946 date in the upper left corner front cover.)  Also features the 2nd episode (2 pages) of the Sir d'Arcy d'Arcy cartoon The Adventures of Sweet Gwendoline. The originals had 1946 in the upper right hand corner and later reprints do not have this.
